TECHNOLOGY COVERAGE HIGHLIGHTS:
Pay on insureds behalf Damages and Claims Expenses the insured becomes legally obligated to pay resulting from a Claim arising out of:
- Any actual or alleged negligent act, error or omission alleged to have been committed by the insured solely while performing Technology Services.
- Any error or omission alleged to have been committed by insured that results in the:
- Failure to prevent a third party from unauthorized access to, use of, or tampering with, Computer Systems, including:
- Hacker Attacks
- Computer Virus attacks or
- Theft of Electronic Data.
- Inability of an authorized third party to gain access to Your services including Denial of Service, unless such inability is caused by a mechanical, telecommunications or electrical interruption or failure; or
- Defamation, libel, slander, product disparagement, trade libel, infliction of emotional distress, outrage, outrageous conduct, or other tort related to disparagement or harm to the reputation or character of any person or organization; or
- Invasion, or interference with the right to privacy or publicity; or
- False arrest, detention or imprisonment or malicious prosecution; or
- Infringement of any right to private occupancy, including trespass, wrongful entry, eviction or eavesdropping; or
- Infringement of copyright, domain name , trade dress title or slogan or the dilution or infringement of trademark, service mark, service name or trade name; or
- Plagiarism, piracy or misappropriation of ideas; or
- Liability regarding any Media Content for which You are responsible; or
- Negligent and/or inadvertent transmission by You to a third party of any Computer Virus
